Prabakesa - (Raden) - Mahabharata
Prabakesa and his youngest brother, Arya Kalabendana, opposed the planned rebellion of Brajadenta and his three brothers, who would seize power and the throne of the Pringgandani Kingdom from the hands of Dewi Arimbi. When Gatotkaca ascended the throne to become king of Pringgandani replacing his mother, Dewi Arimbi, Prabakesa was appointed governor of Pringgandani state.
Harya Prabakesa is a giant from the Pringgadani kingdom. According to the story, unlike giants in general, the giants of the Pringgadani kingdom had good manners. After Raden Bratasena became King Arimba's son-in-law due to his marriage to Dewi Arimbi, he had a son named Raden Gatotkaca, who was also called Ksatria Pringgadani. This caused the separation of Pringgadani's family members. Some of them sided with the royal line and some of them sided with Gatotkaca, including Prabakesa, who appointed Gatotkaca as his prime minister.
The end of his history is told, he died in the Bharatayuda war along with Gatotkaca against Adipati Karna, the king of the land of Awangga.
