Nagagini - (Dewi) - Mahabharata
Nagagini is the daughter of Hyang Anantaboga with Goddess Supreti from heaven Saptapratala. Dewi Nagagini has a younger sibling named Bambang Nagatatmala. Dewi Nagagini married Bima/Werkundara, one of the five Pandava knights, son of Prabu Pandu, king of Astina, with consort Dewi Kunti. They met when the Pandava family and Goddess Kunti in an attempt to save themselves from the Kurawa family's murder plan in the case of the resin house in Wanayasa forest ("Bale Sigala gala" event) reached Saptapratala heaven . From that marriage a son was born named Arya Anantareja. Goddess Nagagini has a nature and character; loyal, very devoted, love for fellow creatures and helpful.
GODDESS NAGAGINI
In the play Balesegala-gala, when the Pandawa was tricked by the Korawa and locked in a burning building where a banquet was being held, the Pandawa could not escape from that dangerous situation. Thanks to the generosity of the gods, the Pandawa managed to escape to Earth by following a Garangan (of the white fox) until he met Hyang Antaboga. Subsequently, Raden Bratasena, the second Pendawa, was married to Dewi Nagagini and had a son Raden Antareja or Antasena. Antareja and his mother stayed in Saptapratala because they belonged to God and Goddess and had to live there.
