Bomantara – (Prabu) – Mahabharata

Once upon a time when Bomantara attacked Kahayangan Suralaya and defeated the Gods, he then attacked the country of Gowasiluman, killing Prabu Arimbaji to control the Tunggarana forest area.

Prabu Bomantara then attacked the Gowasiluman country, killing Prabu Arimbaji to control the Tunggarana forest area.

However, his ambition did not stop there. Prabu Bomantara then attacked the country of Surateleng, with the aim of expanding his power. All of these stories are recorded in the play "Kikis Tunggarana" .

Finally Prabu Bomantara died in battle against Prabu Narakasura who in his youth was named Bambang Sitija, the king of the Surateleng country, the son of Prabu Kresna with Dewi Pretiwi.
The states of Surateleng and Prajatisa were combined into the Trajutrisna Kingdom by Prabu Sitija/Narakasura. Bomantara’s spirit united in Sitija's body and Prabu Sitija was then given the title Prabu Bomanarakasura, ending the era of Prabu Bomantara’s dark power and bringing new changes to the two countries.

The story of Prabu Bomantara teaches us about the dangers of greed and excessive power. Despite having great power, his cruel and uncontrollable attitude eventually led him to destruction.
