|Personal data=Prabu Rukma (Bismaka) is the son of Prabu Basukunti, the king of Mandura with his consort Dewi Dayita, the daughter of Prabu Kunti, the king of Boja.  Bismaka has three siblings, namely Arya Basudewa, Dewi Prita or Kunti, and his younger brother Arya Ugrasena. He has a young name, namely Raden Arya Prabu Rukma.  He was the younger brother of King Basudewa from the kingdom of Mandura. Prabu Basudewa trusted him as the guardian of the King’s three children who lived in the village of Widara Kandhang. He wanted to keep this a secret so that no one would know about the guardian, not even his children. Arya Prabu Rukma successfully married Dewi Rumbini, the daughter of Prabu Rumbaka, King of Negara Kumbina. From this marriage he had two children named Dewi Rukmini and Arya Rukmana.  Unofficially, Arya Prabu Rukma also married Ken Sagupi, the swaraswati of the Mandura palace, and had a daughter named Ken Rarasati/Dewi Larasati. He became king in Kumbina replacing his father-in-law named Prabu Rumbaka. After that, he was named Prabu Bismaka, Prabu Wasukunti or Prabu Hirayana.  Later, Rukmini, his daughter, was married to his own nephew who was the son of Vasudewa, namely Narayana or Prabu Kresna.
