The idea for the book was supported by Minister Soepardjo Rustam, while the production of the book was made possible through the generosity of Bapak Probosoetedjo.<br>
The team responsible for the contents is Pandam Guritno (dalang and author), Haryono Guritno (wayang designer and art director), Teguh S. Djamal (photographer) and Molly Bondan (English editor and team leader).<p>
